Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, every shipment at Seborah is completely free. There are no minimum order amounts or hidden fees — just hassle-free delivery straight to your door.
How long does delivery take?
Order processing usually takes 1–2 business days, delivery time is 3–7 business days, and the total delivery time is typically 4–9 business days (Monday to Saturday). Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you always know where your package is.
Do you ship orders abroad?
At the moment, we only deliver within Poland. We want to focus on providing the best local service. If we expand shipping to other countries in the future, our customers will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
Changed your mind? No problem. You have 60 days from the delivery date to send back the product. Just write to us at support@seborah.com. We will guide you step by step through the return process.
How long does a refund take?
After the return is approved, funds usually return to your account within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a little longer, but we will notify you as soon as the refund is processed.
Can I exchange a product?
Of course! If you want to exchange a purchased product for a different size or model, write to us at support@seborah.com and we will take care of the rest.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
First, check the tracking link we sent you by email after dispatch. If more than 7 business days have passed and the package still hasn’t arrived, write to us at support@seborah.com — we will check immediately.
What should I do if the product arrived damaged?
We’re sorry if your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. Write to us at support@seborah.com , briefly describe the situation and — if possible — attach a photo. We will replace the product with a new one or refund the full amount, depending on your preference.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, there is a chance to change or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, and we will try to help.
