We cover all delivery costs within Poland & the United States, which means no hidden fees at checkout — just the fashion items you choose, delivered straight to your door. Currently, we only ship to addresses located in Poland. Every order is carefully prepared and packed before it leaves our hands.

Processing time: orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days before shipping.
Delivery time: shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Total delivery time: in most cases, your order will arrive within 4–9 business days.

Our daily cutoff time for order processing is 3:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Warsaw), Monday through Saturday.

All shipments are sent via trusted courier companies such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS to ensure safe and timely delivery of your package.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package’s journey right to your door. While we always strive to deliver on schedule, occasional delays may occur — especially during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or logistical disruptions. In such cases, we will keep you informed every step of the way.
